Re: Resource Use Straight From Keys

Don't get me wrong, the keys make your life much easier. There's no arguing that. This is coming from someone who just got their first set of keys the other day and had been doing it the old way before.
However, using materials out of the keys won't really change much at all. I mean yes, you have a finite amount of storage space in your backpack. So here's what would happen.
I don't have keys. I am making bows. I throw 1400 boards in my pack from the bank and make 200 bows while standing next to the bank. I then chop them all back into lumber. This will repeat until I get my skill maxed out. It doesn't matter if I am using materials from the keys or not because I will never get overweight as it is. Once the skill is maxed, I might mix it up with some different lumber types for BOD's. At the most I might have to run to a bowyer to turn in the BOD. I could recall there directly though so it's not even like it takes time.
Do you see what I'm saying? The point is that the argument is against making things easier, but they are already easy. This change would only eliminate needless clicking. All of the other benefits you guys are using as arguments are already in the game right now. If anything, the keys make gathering easier. The way this system is now, crafting and resource gathering need all the help they can get anyway.
But yeah, the main point is that there is nothing stopping you from crafting something once you have the materials already. So why would making the actual crafting easier hurt anything?
