For a little clarification: All three objects must be used in the escape plan, and yes the ceiling and floor count as walls.

lol I have heard a riddle like this before. You look through the mirror and take what you saw. You take the saw and saw the chair in half. You take the two halves and put them together and that make a whole (hole) then crawl out. The riddle i heard went something like this, sorry if i got some wording wrong. no idea what the flashlight is used for unless the room is dark then you have to use it to look through the mirror

Lame, but correct nonetheless!

Look in the mirror to see what you saw, use the saw to cut the chair in half, two halves make a (w)hole so put the (w)hole on the wall and make your escape.

Yeah, I threw the flashlight into the mix so there'd be some light source.

This isn't an answer, just an unrelated observation.
My calculator did something like that once during a mathematics exam a while back. It felt like the opening of a vile pit of despair and utter darkness (until I got a temporary replacement from the exam moderator).

It can't be 24550 or else the bottom line on the 0 would be shown. It could be 24559 however.

Likewise, it could also be 34559, 34569, 34659, 34669, 24559, 24569, 24659 or 24669 those are all of the combinations I can find.

Nope, I still don't think it's 9 on the end. if it was it would have a line across the bottom.

I think:

1 2 3 4 5 means 12,345

12,345 x 2 = 2 4 6 9 0 which could translate to the incomplete digits.

*edit* hm i guess the example means that you can attempt to identify numbers with slight accuracy if you have at least 2 parallel lines in each example (just a side thought).
