this is character name Phoenix and i was wondering if it was a multiple character drop? did the server crash. will it revert recently before it did crash if it did. Will we lose all? I was in bad neighborhood?

When the server crashes all of your pets are shrunk and bagged and if you have a corpse it should be returned to you.

Cool, but hidden ? Cause in the midst of blighted grove near entrance could get hairy with pet shrunked.. (well better shrunk then dead..)

there was a save not 5-10 minuts before the server crashed, SO technically you havnt lost any work to that point, second, when a admin iS reached and gets the shard rolling again theres a saftey net , upon login in you will find yourself hidden(so dont run as soon as you get in to find your pets etc, til your sure your safe enuf to reveal yourself) and b) in your pack you will find your pets that where out

so being that pets shrink and corpse returned does that mean we will not lose anything or will we respawn defenseless and dead with corpse at feet to decay? i appreciate timely reply nice to see in times of this nature. Yazmael and i were in sanctuary. any estimated time of dead time? Good luck to those helping rectify situation.

as to an estimate of downtime, theres no way i can guess, the admins are Unaware of the situation, and may or may not be in a place they can do something about it, Hopefully sooner rather than later, but Soon as they are contacted ill pass whatever info along i can if they dont first

also , ive noticed that colibri usually does a daily check at about 5-630 am my time (4-5 hours from now) so maby , worst case senario ---^^

I've "attempted" contacted Colibri and tried to get ahold of him, I'll keep trying tell the server is back up
