i mean, its not a bug, its not just happening to me, so this isnt a player help post or so, what im trying to spread around in hope that someone will have a solution and a way to help fixing this problem, that seems serious to me on the server,
evasion spell does nothing, and there are some others who realy dont, if you know more about this, please post :p

Yeah Evasion doesn't seem to work as advertised, just tested it in Destard and all of the fire breath and attack spells went through.
The other Bushido spells work fine for me however.

Yah, evasion and the fact that you can't honor (honor virtue is not enabled on this server), mainly the two only reasons to put bushido on... I took 10k tokens to briung my bushido from 120 to 0 and I grabed a good sheild 
Side note: On production servers like OSI, the description is the same (avoid damage from magical spells such as fire breath) but it gives a chance to avoid all damage: necro, magery, poison and bleed ticks, etc.
