i made a ticket that i cant make potion kegs.....days ago
the last reply i got was that they would get back to me
i did all they asked tagged the keg and such things
but nothing happens

is this the normal "speed" they work on ?
i had a bug in the past and they fixed it very fast

Are you dismounted and not doing anything while crafting (maybe some macro running) ? New crafting system made , that u cannot craft while mounted, and any action in that time will stop craft. Hmm also , not checked that, but it could be possible reason, do you can carry full keg? Maybe u must reduce weight in backpack.

are you trying to put potion bottles into a keg ?

You have to do six things to make kegs that way:

1. There must be an empty bottle in your backpack.
2. You must make potions under the potions menu not the kegs menu.
3. The "add to keg" setting must be on.
4. You must have enough mortar & pestles in your backpack for each potion you want to make.
5. You must have enough reagents in your backpack (not your spell keys)
6. You must make -exactly- the same potion as the keg you're trying to fill.

If you just want to make kegs directly (under the kegs menu) you need an -empty- keg in your backpack instead.
