Order of the divine warriors is recruting!!

Hello, I am Poseidon and i just start my own guild. It's name is Order of the divine warriors <ODV> i want to recrut every players. I don't care about their playing time or how strong they are!! I don't want person who have bad language or want to prove they are stronger than the others. I want a family guild and player with good intention who love to play. So here some points for those who want to join me:

1- Good player that can be trust and love to play*
2- Their will be rank, so I ask for some respect between the rank (if you are high don't insult the lowest)
3- Any suggestion will be take and we will try them if they are good
* I don't ask for active player, I just want player that play at 100% when they play and want some fun too
