Personal world teleporter question

I have been wondering about this and am curious bout how to get one/how much they cost. Any info would be great! thanks!!

Well most get them as a donation bonus. But sometimes they go for sell at auctions. They sell very high.

Auctions or from another player. I don't recall them being a donation bonus. I would imagine if they were then there would probably be quite a bit more of them.

If I recall correctly they go for around 20 mio (400ED) or so, or at least used to. As usual - depends on the seller and buyer.
