Help house to place crate

Hi, i am a very old player of UO but i am new of this server that I'm getting to know.

Well the problem, i have a new house but when i placed a crate or a exex deposit box this return in my backpack.

What am I doing wrong

or, you are trying to put it where you cannot put it, some object in same spot etc... did you tried different location?

I have temporarily solved it.
I had to disable razor and and then place the crate.
