Decided to look at resource monitor, to see isn't there some program or such thing never seen before. Sometimes i do this.
While looked, noted these actions. I understand that modem and servers keeps ''talking'' all the time while connected, but these spikes felt too big to be caused only by this, considering i had no updates incoming. So maybe someone can explain why...

Is it possible your computer is doing a 'cloud backup'?

As i know i turned off all this things, windows cry that i have one drive turned off.
defender also doesn't detect any problems. So u make me scary now
