I couldn't find an update of CEOTurboTinker2 anywhere to raise your Tinkering skill to 120 using Fancy Wind Chimes. So, I revised the old to be able to do so. I was able to get to 115 Tinkering with no problems. Once I find a 120 Tinkering PS, I'll try again.

Yes, sorry, I did get this to work all the way to 120. The only glitch maybe is that I sometimes had to double click on my tinker tools to get the script to recognize it since they were in my Tool House and may have had a different name.
But much easier than having to drag hundreds of Wind Chimes to the trash. :)

I also modified the CEOTurboCarpenter to 120 if anyone is interested in me posting that one as well.
