True true... well we planned that the fire beetles would work, but take 5 slots and move very slow. That would make the portable forge still alot better than the beetle and people would still want them.
it's a bug that they dont smelt, will be fixed.

yep, just fixed the smelting and so that firebeetles take 5 slots and move very slow.
So, it's not a bad thing to have, but the mobile forge is still WAY better.

Going in at next restart / server patch.

Hmm Coli, dont you think that the mobile Forge will then be useless? The price for a forge and the ressources are so high, that no one would buy some.

you have a point. Well the beetles would be 5 control slots, and moving very slow. So basically you would have to shrink-unshrink it anywhere you would want to use it, very inconveniant... do you think that would still keep the forge sales up? If not, then we better not have firebeetles, or at least such that dont work.

I'll think about it.

well yea i think so. the firebeetles are normally not rideable so the most player ive seen with one on other shards, shrink them after they melted the ore and unshrink them when they want so melt.

I would stilll use the Mobal Forg, Fire Beetles are still the bast to start with for a new blacksmith that willl keep you forges $$ up there. And besides even a legandayr Blacksmith can barly make the Forg. Making the FIRE BEETLE more valubal, perhaps if you lowered the fail rate on the mobal forges?
