WTS the following relayer:

- A wind's edge kilt with 400 luck added. Total money spent 900ED plus 1.25M tokens to bless the item. I'm selling it for 750ED.

You don't need to level the weapon, you don't need to pay 1.25M token or 50ED to bless the item. The full mana/stamina/HP regeneration and the SSI make them excellent for beginners, since stats needed in a well built relayer (SDI, RPD, Str/Dex/Int/Sta/HP, EP etc...) are all in place they are a good option for intermediate/advanced players too.

Weapon leveling and bless deed are for free. On top of that you can save an additional 150ED buying it!

Hi, you can gain excelsior dollars in different ways, first of all by making a donation to the shard, by trading your gold in the exex market (type "[exex" in you client like any regular command) or through the voting system.
