I guess that player already have repair deeds for all his uo carrier
anyway i guess its even better for you, if he's or her house is full with repair deeds on next idoc
But i understand, could be pretty annoying.
Taking free repair deeds is not greed... its just griefing for the sake of griefing and laughing at the ruckus is causes. By forum posting about it and raging in WC you are giving them the dopamine fix they are looking for... they don't want the deeds they want you to be upset about it lol... I half want to go repair deed hunting and lay them out in a field in felc and post-SSs... just to watch the but, you know... I there are other things I'm working on but, Ill add it to the list...
On a side note, calling someone out by name on the forum or in World Chat is explicitly against the rules (which is why someone is on my chat ban list anyway for perpetually whining and being an all-around obnoxious boomer blowhard), unlike taking free stuff which is just rude (the only place that is banned is the official new player chests)

i cant see anywhere that calling a player out for griefing is against the rules
and at any rate it helps to warn other people that one particular person is a known griefer, they can save themselves time and trouble
by learning about it here
one of the reasons i posted about it here
was because i wanted to give the person a chance to not be a jerk
give them a chance to do the right thing
if you want to steal all the deeds and lay them out somewhere just to be a jerk
go ahead and i will ban you from the property as well
i cant see anywhere that calling a player out for griefing is against the rules
its called "blacklisting" on the codex but a lot of rules arn't really enforced anymore so probably wont be a problem unless the person you called out makes an official complaint.
it's actually a good rule to have for a small server like ours i think. you are allowed to spread the news in private you just cant do it in wc or scream it in tc or post it on forums. thats how i understood the rule in the past i could be off.

Maybe he did that as independent journalist who public results of he's investigation in peculiar form , how about freedom of information?
Anyway considering fact that anyone can just come and call someone bad, and if its done without proof, such rule makes sense.
technically speaking i didnt provide proof
i didnt provide screenshots
sorta worked off pennsylvanian law castle doctrine mindset
someone came into my house and was stealing
i did issue a warning before hand that they were going to get banned if they did it again
they did it again and i banned them, and i reported it
The proof is complete Illrelivent. Calling someone out in World Chat or on the forum is expressly forbidden. If you want to make a report, you go to help in-game or send +C an email. Perhaps I should test if that system still works...
im not apologising for calling him out
his behaviour deserves to be called out
a short time after he was banned from DRG
ILV i believe RMP and a few others
all reported all of their repair deeds were gone
i cant say for certain it was the same person that took their repair deeds
i can only be sure on my own
if the other people who have had their repair deeds go missing want to conduct their own investigation they can
and they also have a person of interest
and if it does turn out its the same person stealing at all these locations well we have caught and identified a serial thief
i didnt name the person untill i caught them
