Trick or treat quest?

Is it possible to enable the trick or treat quest? It seems like most of the pieces are there, except for the quest giver.

Do you maybe remember where the questgiver was? I forgot if this was something intentionally disabled, or if it's even operational, or if I just forgot to enable the NPC.

Btw you can trick-or-treat on any NPC, single-click it and select "Chat" and it will give you a treat, or it will trick you.

Apparently it's an NPC called Mary south of Mistas (so I assume in the camp area where the other quests are)

Thanks for the info, I have enabled the NPC.

I thought maybe it's the thing we then coded into all NPCs to do (you can trick or treat with them) but looks like it's a different thing. I hope it works, it's made available as-is.

i know you say "as is", but we only get 2 events a year, halloween n christmas. Andre in Southeast 3rd floor of halloween dungeon is turned off, so you can do the other 4, but he dont acknowledge you so you cant finish mary quest :\

id assume this is why Mary was disabled in the first place so you didnt waste time doing the other 4. So either disable mary again or fix andre please!

Yeah, I can't seem to figure out what I'm doing here. I said "hail" to mary and she gave me the quest. I can't seem to get the NPCs to respond to anything though. Tried "hail", "hello", "trick or treat", "trick-or-treat", "trick", "treat", and whatever else I could think of. I have a halloween mask equipped as well. (earring slot)

Can't give the NPC a mask or the trick-or-treat basket quest either. I also tried using the "Collect" button on the quest to target them which I figured was wrong.

did you try the "chat" option on the npc menu (at bottom after buy and sell) like you would do with the regular trick or treating?

There's nothing on the interact except for "Open Paperdoll"

Just walk up to them while wearing a mask. When you stop, you automatically say "trick or treat."

Unfortunately, Andre in the dungeon at 6106,91 is not working, so the quest can't be completed. The other NPCs seem to be working, e.g. Hadden in bucs den at 2755,2227.

Ah, I just tried the ones in the Halloween Dungeon - Andre and the other one didn't respond at all. Also, there's a zombie that spawned in the 2nd NPC's room that you can't attack because of "No Harmful Actions" restrictions, but it can beat on you while you try to complete the quest.
