The one that says 125 items was given out as part of an event, quest, etc. It's not rare. The other was bought at provisioner.

They're basically the same in terms of how they handle, but they are technically different - just the part that displays how much is inside. If you send a ticket and mark both of them, I'll be able to update the old one to also display how much is inside.

seems to be that any bags directly spawned by an admin or gift stone has the "0/125 items, 0 stones" tag. the spectre dungeon key sets include a round bag dropped by the thief mini boss that are always "0 items, 0 stones" but when dungeon first opened +requiem gave out a few full sets to promote the dungeon and all the thief bags he gave out had the "0/125 items, 0 stones" tag. there are also backpacks, small square pouches and a very few other type containers with the "0/125 items, 0 stones" tag always from events, hand outs or gift stones. like wil said definately not rare items but cool.
