Not sure if this has been discussed before, but here goes. I am not a coder, so I do not know how difficult this would be.

I was sitting in Trinsic admiring the Player Submitted Raffle Stone and I thought about how cool it would be to have a building with individual player raffle stones. You could walk into the house and select a stone. You would have some kind of control over the stone on the table only. The stone would be temporarily owned by you for the duration of the raffle of the item you choose. The raffle house could get a percentage of the final bid. The person who has the stone could set the perimeters for duration, price, type of currency, minimum starting bid, reserve, etc.

The final bid could go to the owner's bank, or to make it more of a currency sink, the winning bid would need to be claimed by the owner within a few days so as to free up the stone for someone else.

Lots of good places to put the building - I was even thinking it could go next to the casino.

That stone is auctioned off occasionally.

If raffles are happening 24/7 for player items they will saturate the market and get no traction. As already stated, not happening. Not really a good idea either.
