Yellow Belt Quest

So I started this quest shortly after I started playing and I think I canceled it because I kept getting killed. :/ So I decided to try now that my character is much better. But I can't seem to get the quest? Do you only have one shot at it? If you cancel it, you can't get it again? Thanks...

You should be able to get it again. Have you tried going to the white quest guy? Does it give you the quest? Just thinking maybe you have to start over from white again...not sure.

Do yo have to do them in order because I didn't know white was the first one? So now I have the white belt quest. I tried going after the white widows but they seem to be a bit too tough for me. I tried an arachnid slaying heavy crossbow which barely dinked it. I'm sure I could have eventually killed it, but I was getting attacked by everything else..
