You don't need 60k coal. You can put in a maximum of 1000 wax and 1000 coal. As you level the machine up you will start getting more wax out than you put in based on the level of the machine.

Oh and as you increase your tinker skill, it will take longer between needing the 5k repair kit.

0 Durability can still be repaired. Probably blacksmith repair deed (i think). After 0 there are still a few points left on it. Eventually it "breaks" and poofs. So yeah just put the deeds on and you should be good.

Scripting for bees is limited becausee of the randomization and the pixelation of the mapping. You can write a script to open the hives and to harvest them, but you will still have to manually put the potions on. FWIW.... if a hive produces every day, you will have 6 days before you have to harvest ...
