I understand your difficulty, you can track/find everything using https://vendors.uoex.net/ and just copy the "Vendor EasyUO ID" and paste it on the yellow stone gump at TC. Unfortunately for looted weapons that is not the case, you really do need to carefully look for them in all vendors....
