One thing I never see discussed is base weapon speed and damage. Are these factors or does the high Dex, SSI, DI, and Str nullify these effects.
Basically is it worth it to relayer a nice dagger due to the low base damage or is it better to find a haly with a higher base damage? And does the slow ...
