6) Players who have served Jail time in the year are ineligible.
In the +Nyx era, players served jail time for causes that were, shall we say, questionable. You're not wrong, but there should probably be a cooldown.

Re: Leather on [exex

Have you tried collecting Daemonic leather compared to the others? Daemons drop one hide per kill. Two in Fel IIRC.

I mean... it's robot art. I think it actually got pretty close.
If by "close" you mean something that would look good in a generic swords & sorcery fantasy novel then sure.

If by "close" you mean something recognizably related to any Ultima game, then no.

Re: OPEN Easy UO?

Am I crazy or did there used to be a program that was called OPEN Easy UO or Open EUO (had a blue logo rather than red like EUO). I feel like this ran scripts better and with less issues than EUO. After some searching online I turned up nothing. It exists. It used a "real" programming lan...

Re: So Auction philosophy thread.

Bro, tell me about it. I've been grinding mobs like crazy, doing hundreds if not thousands of high-end treasure maps, killing the bosses in peerless areas, you name it for over a year (387 days account age) and have not found a single useful weapon. I found one 4x46 with Dispel and Hit Lower Attack...

Re: So Auction philosophy thread.

I have reconsidered and simply propose making some high level weapons accessible through other means such as a rare drop on a boss or something. Let the market play out however it will but let those that would like to do something other then farm gold have a way to achieve the "prize". Pe...

Re: So Auction philosophy thread.

One solution could be to duplicate all the top items across both days but make the top couple (the ATHs, totems, AWH, ACB and wep deeds I mentioned) account bound That would require some potentially tricky coding. Account bound is currently one of the triggers that prevents an item from being used ...

Although I fear we're going to see something very bad for the shard occur based on the last auction/re-auction.
Isn't there always a jump in auction prices following the holiday donation bonus?

Looking forward when this "scoped gamemastery" it's usable to the point where I can grant a few people access, because I know a lot of you would like to be part of it, or help out either by building new stuff in the world or just help out with AFK checks and GM errands. Hi +C, Speaking of...

Go to "quick links" at the top left and select "active threads."

Honestly, I don't know how you'd find actual activity in phpbb's default presentation. Maybe that's why the forums are so underutilized compared to in-world chat.

Re: weapon build advice?

I like beautiful things as much as the next person, but I'm an engineer at heart. Art which detracts from function is not beautiful to me. Quite the opposite. It's a personal preference.

Re: 123123

So it looks like that the server's clock is slow. By about 1.5 seconds in 24 hours. Yeah, Windows timekeeping is crap. Ntp in Linux actually adjusts the local PC clock's tick rate to closely align with NTP time. When running properly, it never steps the clock again after the initial step at boot. T...
