You are probably thinking of an early version of EasyUO.

Which is worth getting anyway imo.

Yeah that was me the first year I really tried it. I could only do it if I followed a much better player in.

But the boss fights were doable. It was a connection loss that stopped me finishing the quest that year.

Artistic Elf quest should be quite possible for a newish player.

About 2 years ago there was a change made to the client that caused things like Cyberpope to stop working. Maybe 3.

It was a simple change in the script to fix but I'll be damned if I can remember what it was.
