I thought I read where or maybe seen it in travel center/vendor area or britain maybe. but I thought You were able to pay and have the town crier repeat your thing for the day for some gold? Where is that located again?

I was wondering if I was able to buy and add a teleporter to a friends house and add it to shop list? Or will it say something like its not your house/location?

Ive got a question. How will you know if someone isn't cheating? Say I could fish right now and catch the fish before hand. Then put it into my bag during this event to try to win. Or I could fish before hand that day and do the same thing by adding the fish to my bag.
