I'll grant you the steriles are really frustrating but the fails are about right. You can attempt 2 more in 6 hours and retry the failed ones in 12 so you just have to have persistence. This from someone who has every breedable at max.

I have heard rumors of an overhaul of breeding for months if not years. IF it ever happens please consider dropping the ratio of fails on breeding. Hey not what was just done but the green acres thing. And 10 houses per account. IS that a limit of 10 and you have to buy the ones past 2 with ED or what? Ie you dont just mean everyone can buy 10 houses for standard house rates do you?

When I have a gen 9 that is 450 points away from maxed and a gen 2 that is 800+ points away from maxed not counting intellegence and mana which this pet doesnt use and doesnt have and they fail 3 or 4 times in a row crossing that is not what I call real strong parents.

The stronger the parents, the higher is the chance for the breeding to fail. The formula isn't perfect though, but not too far off i guess.

I know that is the theory but last year or two I get a LOT more fails at 800 hit points than I get at 1000 hit points. So my results are not matching that ...

Yup after getting 40% to 50% steriles in the 4th gen of 7 backbreeding programs in a row a few years ago I left the shard for an extended time. It may be 5% steriles overall but when they consistently clump at the worst time over and over and over it just hard to even TRY anymore.

1 in 20 chance at a pet being sterile out of the wild.
1 in 20 (or maybe 21) of a pet being a max level 30 out of the wild.

So should be a 1 in 400 chance of getting a max level 30 pet that is sterile when taming.

If you want to limit imprisoned pets if its possible make them only useable in peerless areas. That way if someone want pets at a champ they have to use bred pets.
