So disallow turning a merged weapon into a relayer. Stats are capped pretty well on weapons, this wouldn't increase someones ...

Just throwing out this idea. What if you could buy a merge weapon deed for unspecified ED that allows you to merge 2 weapons together.

Take the highest stats from both weapons and turn it into a third weapon. You could add a "merged" tag to the weapon so that it won't allow you to merge it a third ...
