I'm guessing that things won't be able to get fixed until Colibri comes back from vacation.

I am currently at 90.8 tactics and 95.8 wrestling (caps are both 100) and I wanted to use up all the skill essences I have been accumulating. I drank 1 of each and they worked fine (.1 increase) but every subsequent one I drank didn't raise those skills at all. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I was stupid one time and bought a 120 PS for Peacemaking and I was wondering why real skills was capped at 120 when I knew I only trained up to 100, it took me a half an hour to figure out I wasn't gaining b/c I was wearing jewelry that brought my peacemaking up ...

Is the physically getting stuck a technical issue of the game or of someone's individual setup?

For example, I use Razor to connect to the server and I patched UO all the way up to 6.0.1.2 [Patch 49]. I have read that it is suggested we only patch up to around 5. something.
