Just a little bump to this topic; I think it would really encourage the use of the address book if post boxes were to be made available on the Trinsic stones. It's a great feature but rarely used. In my opinion, anything that strengthens interaction between players is good for the shard.

I've noticed it's impossible to create exceptional runebooks. Even with a successful skill check they're still normal 10 charge runebooks. Not a gamebreaker considering most people don't even charge their runebooks, but it would be a nice addition in my opinion. I don't know enough about UO ...
