So I entered the shard yesterday and,whoa,everything is so strange after T2A
But lots of stuff won't work here,like increasing dex ultrafast with snooping

I played UO on UO:Second Age but I wanna try other expanions' stuff,so:

Is this shard running with Age of Shadows or what?
Can I use Razor?(I bet yes)
What's the shard's UOAM IP and Port?
What are the skill/stat caps?

Thats all I think.If these questions are answered already(or the answer ...
