Master Theophilus is the keeper of the Book of Secrets (a book that holds the password needed to enter the Library). He is located in the Bedlam Crypt.
Note: In order to enter the Bedlam Crypt you must first obtain the Crypt Key from the corpse of Ancient Mage Mikael who can be found on this map].

Tactics
Master Theophilus is an easy guy to defeat. It does take awhile to do with his hp being high. Tanking and/or Pets should do the trick with ease.
