considering that goc quest takes 21 days to do, i think 1.8mm is absurdly low. going rate is 3-4mm unless it has dropped even more in the past few weeks/months. it used to be over 5 over a year ago. but there might be a seller looking to offload some goc boots quickly. good luck!
