War Clever

Can we have the 'Butcher's War Clever' working right? That is, even used as a blade in the pack, it skins, cuts(scissors) and places leather in the pack. PLEASE!? If it is difficult, NVM, I have no idea how this coding stuff works, it's just something I'd like.
