Where can I find levels 7 and 8 magery scrolls to buy? and chivalry book?

Chivalry Books can be found in Luna. I think the Bank.

Training up your inscription has you make level 7 and 8 magery scrolls.

Inscription GM also raises the damage of your spells.

but to make a scroll with inscription, i dont need to have one of it in my spellbook?

I believe you do.

You have 2 options then:

1) Borrow someone's book and make a copy of the spells, and give it back to them.

2) Buy a Spell Book with all 64 spells. There are vendors here and there. Cost is pretty low usually. I THINK Litoria carries some at her shop. On the House Gates Main Pad, look for the Lime Green Portal, head inside the house and there should be some on the vendor to your left completely.

the dark father in doom drops level 8 scrolls. Just kill it

I believe that prison camp chests drop lvl 7 and 8 scrolls. It's been so long since I paid any attention to the scrolls.

Buying a full spell book is probably your best option. My vendor in Rusty Anchor sells full spell books; house gates on the west side, white portal.

Wanted to bump this because I wasnt able to find much more info than what is given here about 7th and 8th circle spells. I was unsure as to where to find the 8th but 7 can be found in many places. You cannot make a spell without already having it in ur book. Best advice is to find a vendor with a full spell book and u will have no problems from there. I was able to find one in TC for 3k, much easier this way and dont have to wait for scrolls to pop up.
