WTB Looted Over 4x46

Well if the title doesn't say it all, i want to buy Any looted weapon with stats Over 4x46.
OK, but i have some requirements:
The weapon must NOT have Hit dispel
The weapon must NOT have Damage increase
The weapon must NOT have Swing Speed Increase
The weapon must NOT have a leveling deed on(and if it has been already on, all the SP must be intact)
OK, i know its a lot of requirements but it's got a nice reward lol
For a 4x46 300k
For a 5x46 500k
For a 4x58 1.3m
For a 5x58 2.3m
