**NEW LOCATION IN TC**
I have a vendor in named DJ's 25k PS. It is located on the South wing, SW corner. As the name implies most 110s are 25k and a large amount of 115s as well, including 110 fighting skill PS.

I also stock any higher end 115s at low prices and any 120s that do not sell right away at market price. It is restocked daily with 15 or more scrolls so check back if you don't find what you need =)

I do sleep =P More then most at that.

I just hit spawns pretty hard to get up to speed gold/item wise and have pretty good reflexes so I get a scroll every time =P

Just an update. Due to the large amount of scrolls and clutter on a single vendor I have split things up.

The 25k Scroll vendor is located in Jack Penny's fantastic vendor mall in Trinsic.

All high end powerscrolls will remain on my vendor in the SW corner of TC, aptly named DJ"s Highend PS
