Breeding questions?

I know this is prolly somewhere in the forums. I have searched but i'm only so patient lol. So i bred 2 drakes just to try it and have 2 babies. My questions are when do they stop being babies and does anything change once this hgappens ie higher levels or anything? Thanks for any help.

yeah i have read that and it doesn't answer either of thos questions i don't think as the wiki doesnt say anything about after making the babies. just the making them.

Anytime you breed 2 pets the offspring will always be named "..... baby" until you change the name. The new babies will be at level 1, until you go and hunt with them and level them up.

Once they reach certain levels, that will unlock additional features. At lvl 9, the babies can breed...and other things unlock around 20, and 40. Sorry my memory is hazy on the exact levels and what they unlock. Play around with leveling them and check it out.

...but the fact they are called babies doesn't really mean anything. Any pet, tamed or bred, has to be leveled up to gain skill points to increase its stats.
