Expatcher Error

Hi guys, I just joined this shard few days ago, and I think I like it here.
I got few issue with the graphic on my client, such as missing walls in Haven's building, no buffs/debuffs icon, and some restricted areas without client patch 12. The problem is, I have installed the game using uoml_excelsior_expatch12.exe from the site, so I assumed the client patched the latest already. I tried to download the patch from uoex.net but the link's dead (Error 404). I tried to run expatcher.exe from my client but it returned error as well.
Here's the log from the patch:

when i pushed on quick start (which must be prepatched client) in this page

It is. The problem is that your UO helper program (Razor, Steam, etc) is not loading that version of the client. It's loading a different version you installed somewhere else. You'll have to the helper program to explicitly use the UO client and data in the folder where you installed UOEX.
In Razor, for example, the first pop-up box has a blank for "UO Data Directory" which is set to "Auto Detect." You'll have to change that to the folder where you installed UOEX.
You can confirm that you're running the wrong version of the client by typing "[account" after login. One of the lines should say, "Client version: 5.0.9.12 [Expatch 12]". Yours probably says something like, "Client Version: 5.0.9.1".

Still not running on my side :/
But it's ok, apparently the fault is in my launcher somehow.

You were right, apparently the fault is the ClassicUO launcher I used.
If I used the launcher, the client version is 5.0.9.1, even tho I used correct directory, the version can't be changed.
But if I use razor directly without ClassicUO launcher, I can use version 5.0.9.12[Expatch 12] with no issue, so I guess I'll skip using the launcher from now on.
It fixed the wall on haven, but I still have issue with buff/debuff icon. It still don't show any active buffs/debuffs.
Do you have any other suggestion?

That's the buff/debuff bar from pressing the blue button on the status gump? I don't think that works here. Use "[buffs" instead.

Interesting; I didn't know ClassicUO Launcher existed. I just tried it. The version I got has a section in the profile called "UO files setup" which includes a UO path (to the data files) and a version box. When I put "5.0.9.12" in the version box it worked fine.

You're right, that's the one I used to track my buffs.
I tried using the [buffs menu, it dispaly food buffs but no spell buffs like Chiv "conscreate weapon" or "Enemy of One".
How do people track those buffs? Or people just generally don't use those spells?
I'm still not used to this template where all skill can be trained to max, the possibility is endless lol

It displays some spell buffs. For example, Protection shows up.
Consecrate weapon plays an end-sound when it expires after a few seconds. Enemy of One changes the color of the enemy you're locked on to.

Has anyone been able to load custom objects/walls using the ClassicUO client?
