Yesterday I was mining in mook Town and I logged out in the entrance of the cave near the portal. Logged back on today and I'm dead and i lost everything I was wearing. I had my crafter keys tool shed and mobile forge and I lost it. Is there a way I can get that stuff back?That stuff is really important to me and I can't afford those right now. I relied on that stuff I'm a crafter and I sell stuff I make for gold.

We do offer an item recovery service, however for the items you've described I think you'll find the replacement cost more financially viable than the recovery fee.

Hey, I also got your email. Since you wrote that you logged off alive and then came back dead I decided to give the logs a little peak to see what it's all about. I see that you were logged in and not hidden at the time of death, you logged off 3 hours after death, so that excludes a bug - things worked like they should. You were killed by a wandering elemental that was spawned by another player, at first I thought maybe someone tired to PK you but i see from the other player's actions & chat, that this wasn't their intent. So unfortunately, there's nothing we can do in this case.
There is the recovery service like +Nyx mentioned. But from what I see that fell from your body, is not worth the 100+ ED recovery fee. Unfortunately we can't just give you the items back, since then we'd have to do the same for anyone else that asks... but I'm sure you'll be able to get back on your feet, maybe your guildies might help too. Back when I was a newbie, after i lost the 3rd set of things i started insuring
