It would be absolutely inconsiderate to call that number even if you completely have the international code wrong

Has +colibri posted a number in uoex.net or the forms to contact if the shard is down?
if not and you haven't been given his person number then don't just call number that you are not sure is actually +colibri's
I am sure everyone can bear a few hours of down time until the server issue is resolve

Have some respect for those run the shard, they do have a life outside of UO and need to sleep just as everyone
