Shard went offline at 17:13 shard time. It came back at 18:40, which means it has been offline for one hour and 27 minutes. Unfortunately the last save made was at 16:26 which means we had a revert of almost one hour.

i have been haveing serious log in and portal issues lately its geting to the point i am thinking about just calling it quits on excelsior , i have been very faithfull to this server & i have never had this much trouble trying to connect to uoex.net portal or connecting to the shard. *very fustrateing*

Well these problems come sometimes but they also go away after a short while. This shard downtime today wasn't ISP related. The recent problems that some have with connecting however are. So just be patient, it will get better.

wont let me login to portal or game, is the shard down?
