Since I am brand new to the shard, I would buy all the PS I need and some shiny new gear so I go OOOoooOOOO a whole lot less. And I'd buy a nice plot to build my dream house on.

the only things i could think of are...
100,000 blank scroll to level inscription to make mage books and rune books for new players
100,000 ingots to make suits and weapons for new players
some 110 taming scroll to sell to new players for 5k each
a castle filled with the amazing gifts to show new players what uoex has to offer

While minning this morning I was thinkin.. Why do i needa 3rd house slot when New players could so use keys with a few thousand of each crafting stuff in them.. So i think somethin i would do is Buy a few sets of each keys and fill them up some and as i see new players looking for the crafting tools needed hand the high use tools and the keys with them to help them get a start. Also a check for 60k or so so they can work up there skills and not worry about gld for insurance and such .

Maybe I am crazy who knows

I would buy EDs and then use them to get my str cap up to 150 i would still need 50 more eds but it would at least get me close

Being only 12 days old, it's kinda hard to say. I know I want a house w/o a dirt floor. I want my skills to be 120. I want to be able to buy some armor that I don't get pummled in. I am sure I could find a way to spend it.

I would buy +stat scrolls for my stat cap for individual stats and then I would buy me some imp pets so that I could go out hunting without worrying about stat loss then I would prolly buy a jackals collar and batwings
