Before making rude posts, you might want to actually think it through. Colibri -always- announces when he is about to perform a reboot or a change that may cause one to be necessary. The rest of us do not even have access to do such things to the shard. So, nobody was 'making changes to the shard' that caused this crash.
There have been a handful of crashes/freezes like this in recent weeks, Colibri is aware of the issue and doing as much as he can to fix it completely. Anyway, if it doesn't recover in a few minutes, I'll text Colibri.
Not all players of the game visit the forum frequently, I'm not being rude! The message should appear in game! "The server will shut down in x minutes" but that's okay! Each has a different opnion, but in all the shards I've played these messages appear, you might think a little respect and do the same! For me, no problem, if there is for improvement, improvements are always welcome! Since not simply turn off without warning before! Hopefully entena Nyx! Thank you!
If Colibri is going to be doing a reboot, he announces it in game.
Always. If the shard drops off without Coli saying that he is rebooting it in world chat 2-3 times beforehand, then guess what- no staff member did it. It just happens occasionally, just like in this incident. Sometimes hardware fails, or the ISP hiccups, etc and these sorts of things will cause the shard to drop unexpectedly. You should not
assume that the staff are making changes and rebooting the shard without warning.

In other news, Colibri is looking at the problem and getting it fixed as fast as humanly possible.

How can you announce an unexpected server crash in the game? What in the world are you talking about?

Forget everything I said, it's easier to blame a player than an Admin! After the game is yours! I'm just a player!

It's up now. We lost 40 minutes (went down at 2:40).
We'll be moving to a secondary server sometime during the week, to determine whether this is a hardware issue (so far, it would make the most sense).
The server transfer will take about an hour of downtime, but not to worry, it'll be announced (probably in the morning hours when not many play).

don't listen to what they say about the 7 days. According to Cisco the CCNA program was supposed to be 2 weeks. It took me almost 2 months. I'm assuming it's the same with this stuff.
