Some of my other favorites were Pete's Dragon, Gulliver's Travels, The Muppet Movie, National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, and of course Big.

Not all the good movies are older. :] I ADORE Despicable Me.

Everyone is going to think I am nuts for even suggesting these 2 movies.. but they are 'classics' in their use of cheese bad acting, and even worse fight coreography..

"Bloodsport" my wife wants to hit me due to the number of times a week I can manage to quote that little nugget of karate stench in regular conversation.. JCVD at his very worst, learning karate by serving tea blindfolded and being strung up on the trees with rope.... weird o rama.. but still funny stuff with a Guest appearance from Ogre from revenge of the nerds..

the first "Kickboxer" movie. if you manage to not vomit during his drunken dancing scene it actually plays out as expected as a crappy early 80's martial arts movie.. but it is worth watching if for no other reason.. to better get the jokes in what I am sure will be released as a box set after his immenent death from a drug overdose "hot shots 1 & 2" starring charlies sheen..

which I guess I could put those movies and any leslie neilson/airplane on this list too..

Still I have bought many more movie but some are my favorites like Terminator all parts, Titanic, Inception and Final destination parts and karate kid.

Well the kid awakens whenever I see the first ever Batman movie with Adam West and Burt Ward, I watched that at the local Odeon, Saturday morning pictures and I was allowed to buy a ice-cream tub from the attendant, (who was always hot from what I recall and made me blush something rotten

The Hobbit I can still remember the night it first aired on TV.. We talked about it in school for weeks.. Then talked our teacher into reading the book to us.

Star Wars eww his sister kissed him but still an awesome movie to have experienced as a kid

Narnia probably tops my list though speed racer is a pretty good contender as well.

I have been a fan of the lion, the witch and the wardrobe for a long time already, even before they had movie adaptations. Though with the recent installments, they seem to have lost a certain touch when it comes to connecting with the audience.

Speed Racer, is just a funny flick with lots of kid additions to it.

Baby's Day out is the my all time favorite movie.I suggest to all of you.

Goonies also was a big thing for me. Especially because it was pretty serious for a children's movie because a few people died in it. The villains were really convincing for me at the time.

I liked Feifel as well. Very sad and exciting at the same time.
