How could such a bizarre judgement occur?

P.S. ppl feel free if you have one of your own to add one here also. though I would try to keep them logical and appropriate questions that are not demeaning and or offensive please.

Every year! New Year’s Day is every January 1st, and Christmas Day is every December 25th. Since January is the first month of the year and December is the last month of the year.
