Yeah... It was up just long enough for Colibri to say "The shard is now online"... and then it went right back down.

It's back online now, there will be another downtime tomorrow - to hopefully fix this issue. The downtime will be approx 1 hour, starting at roughly 3PM shard time.
I will announce it a few times before it goes down so everyone has enough time to get ready.
