Cant log in

I tried selecting my 1 char to log in. As soon as i select char..the screen doesnt show up but i can hear the bags opening and the game running. I cant see the game at all. There is no option for me to maximize or restore or find the game window anywhere. "I made a new char to see if it would happen again but it works just fine. soon as i log in with new char, the game window shows up and im in game. ive deleted the client, reinstalled and still the same. tried with razor and without razor same thing. any help would be awesome. thanks

I figured it out.

hit alt + enter and it should force to full screen, and do it again to put it back to windowed mode. This is what usually fixes it for me.

A better way is "windows key " and arrow up together.
