weapon craft idea

Hm.. i wondered what happened to all the blacksmiths and miners out there. so i thought maybe this may help for things with leveling.

looted items cap normal (for example hit lightning 60)
crafted items cap 10 more than looted. (for example hit lightning 70)
artifact item cap normal. (for example hit lightning 60)

might make people to want to craft better weapons and level them.

points per level would be normal.

total points:
looted and arties: 500 points @ level 100
crafted 300 points @ level 100

i heard people talk about a 110 power scroll for weapons, but that would be obnoxious for a breath of the dead (imo way too powerful).

As a heavy trade skiller i agree with this, i think there should be a place for crafted weapons, i like crafting, seeing what i can get. it would please me if it could be just as profitable a field as killing.

Especially with the work and money that goes into gettin 120 in the requisite tradeskills, farming the mats, getting the runics, THEN getting something that can sell

Or possibly adding something to the token stone for 500k tokens that allows you to remove the crafted weapon restriction... or ed stone... i was just thinking of a way to use tokens.

Maybe adding +5% magic attacks for 100k tokens, but have them wear off . :nod:
This will help pull gold from the market in exchange for tokens.
The idea would be a nice constant drain of gold in exchange of tokens too.
The gold could never come back.
