borrowed from the net but this works great since there isn't a [gethue command that players can use.
While you're playing open Razor and go to the Display/Counters tab. On this window, click 'Add':
On the "Add a Counter" window, click 'Target'. It will bring up an in-game target. Click the item you want to know the hue of. Now go back to the "Add a Counter" window and the item's hue will be in "Color:".
You can just close it out once you find the hue.
You can also do it in UOSteam by going to the macro's tab and clicking on Object Inspector, then target the object in-game. A screen will pop up with details about that object, including the color code.
