Related to Relayers.

I'm familiar with all the wiki explains on the subject of relayers, but I'm left with a question. If I were to relay a weapon into plate armor would it require mage armor to not harm my mana regen and spellcasting ability? Also, does wood armor need mage armor at all? The wiki doesn't cover it very well.

Relayers take on the slot and appearance of the item you relay it into destroying the original item, you won't need mage armor and i think you can't even add it to a relayer as it *is* a weapon :) Not sure about the wood armor.

So If I relay, say, a horselord, into a plate helm. I won't need mage armor on it because it is technically still a horselord?
