Opening health bars

I am trying to write a script that reopens pet health bars when they are killed.

Does anyone have any scripts that successfully open health bars of enemies, allies, pets, etc?

OpenEUO has a function UO.StatBar() which does exactly what I want (apparently), however that doesn't appear to work on Excelsior.
(Does anyone know why?)

I have found some EasyUO scripts that drag open the bars manually, but they aren't very reliable from what I've tested so far.

Does UOSteam have anything on health bars? I am unfamiliar with it and haven't explored that option yet.

Anyone got any other good ideas?
