Unable to log in after crash

Unable to log in after crash

I crashed and i've tried Razor, UOSteam, and just connecting via the UOEX icon and it won't let me in the game. It just keeps saying unable to connect. Though the homepage shows 135 people are currently online? any help would be appreciated as my 4 mules are just out their stranded!!!!
